RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is new, unused and returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
For change-of-mind, wrong size, or customer-selected exchange returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If we have sent the wrong item, or the product is faulty, JG Rackets will cover the return shipping or provide a return label where required.
We will ship approved exchange items back to you free New Zealand wide.
WRONG SIZE
If you need to exchange an item for another size, we will send the exchange product back to you free of charge New Zealand wide.
The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the original item back to us.
WRONG ITEM
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
JG Rackets will provide a return label or cover the return shipping cost, and we will also cover the cost of sending the correct replacement item to you.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
When returning anything, please pack the item safely inside a satchel, box or suitable outer packaging. Please do not attach anything directly to the original product packaging.
HOW TO SEND YOUR ORDER BACK
You can return your purchase to our Richmond store in person or by courier.
Please include your order number, contact details and reason for return inside the parcel.

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the goods to confirm they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging attached.
If the return is approved, we will process the exchange or refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
FAULTY ITEM RETURNS
Some items may be repaired, replaced or refunded, depending on the issue and the product.
Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of replacement items are at the manufacturer’s discretion and are outside of JG Rackets’ control.
We will do our best to arrange a quick repair, replacement or refund, and we will keep you informed during the process.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us first so we can advise the best next step.
Return the item to our postal address above with a copy of the invoice, and we will contact you as soon as possible to begin the process.
