Return the products within 30 days from delivery date to us in the new and unused condition and we’ll exchange or refund the purchase. We will refund you via the method of payment.
We will ship any exchange request back to you for free New Zealand wide!
Wrong Size:
If you need to exchange the item for another size we’ll send the exchange the product to you completely free of charge, pay the freight both ways.

Received the wrong item? We will provide return label and replacement shipping costs.
The item/s and its packaging must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it - new and unused.
When returning anything please pack the item inside a satchel or another box and do not attach anything to the packaging of the original product.
Simply return your purchase to our Richmond store in-person or via courier (address below).
We will inspect the goods to ensure they are in their original unused and new condition with all tags attached.
