How much will shipping cost?
We want you to focus on your running. So for most countries we cover the shipping costs, as well as any customs charges involved. Shipping costs will occur if you order from India, Indonesia, Israel or Malaysia.
How do I care for my running shoes?
Running shoes support your feet and are comfortable to wear, so it’s easy to see why so many people choose to wear running trainers for all of their day-to-day activities. We suggest that if you want your running trainers to stay comfortable and supportive on your runs, only wear them out running.
How do I know which size I need?
The average shoe size in the world has changed a lot over the decades. Here’s how the evolution of the average woman’s shoe size looked: at the beginning of the 20th century, the average size was 35, in 1950, it was 36, in 1970, it was 37, and today, the average size of a woman’s shoe is 39. Men’s shoe sizes have also changed a lot. Years ago, the most common sizes among men were 39-40 but today, the average shoe size of a man is 43.
What do I do if the item I want is out of stock in my size?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again.
